Wisconsin isn't anywheres near ready for a Saints Rest - Express or otherwise - although I've been told that Mr. 'The Roop' has attempted to smuggle said Roopacinnos across the border into southeastern Wisconsin. Wisconsin can, however, keep the corndog ice cream.

Corndog ice cream... is that kind of like butter popcorn jelly beans, or turkey flavored pop?

The corndog ice cream phenomenon began a couple months back when philosohical questions were posted on the board on a regular basis. My question was...... If you made corndog flavored ice cream would you have to serve it on a stick.

From the equally unneccessary file I have found and actually tried some Rootbeer Float flavored milk the other day. Suprisingly they got the taste about right. Not sure it's that difficult to just make a rootbeer float yourself, so I don't expect this to become anything other than a novelty.

I grew up in the Pre-WIC days, but I've certainly had my fill of government cheese for one lifetime, so I think I will keep the Grotberg College shirts for myself. Perhaps I should autograph one and send it back for a silent auction, then GC would have 2.8 billion in the bank.

Pretty bad when "The Roop" crowns one as Americas Team, yet Americas Second Team sends him more stuff.

Roop what did you think of the Muskies???

Check your zones because the season doesn't open in some areas until May 27th. At this time of year I like shallow water spinners in mid afternoon and medium diving crankbaits in morning and early evening. In the fall you will have success with top water spinners or plugs. Although I've never noticed any need for braided line when using plugs. I think that's just what the bait shops tell you in order to get you to buy more expensive line.

As with any diving bait practice your figure 8 technique a few times before you cast. It's a real blast hooking them at the side of the boat like that and it really does work. You will also get very wet so be prepared.
