Why do I not like where this could be going?

On different note... I wonder if anyone's ever gotten Grotberg to read this stuff... it's seriously classic. If people talked about me this way on an internet chat board just cause I played d3basketball, it would be amusing to no end!

I think Grotberg has seen it.  I don't know how often he reads the board, but I think he's up on what's going down.  He does have the ability to read minds over great distances anyway.

Some confusing moves in the NBA draft, but I think Portland may have traded for Grotberg at one point last night.

They actually traded for him twice.  I guess his summer fellowship paid off and Grotberg has indeed perfected human cloning.  He should be leading the NBA in scoring for the next 40 years.
I hate to be one of those people who point out typos, but I think you meant he has perfected human clowning...  after all he plays for the circus!  ;D

That's all well and good, but he has a ways to go before he catches up with "The Roop". Of course, if he has indeed mastered cloning, then maybe two Grotbergs are equivalent to one "The Roop". We'll need to test this theory.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I've always maintained that Al Roker and Bob Dole are the funniest men alive.  At least they are the funniest late night talk show guests ever.

Don't forget, I cloned myself twice before going to Grinnell last year so the paparazzi wouldn't turn Saints Rest into a media circus. While I can't disclose the location of my clones now, I will say there's a good chance that one of them told Grotberg how to do it.

Does anyone know the date of the WNBA draft?  I read on espn.com that April is projected to go in the late first round or early second round.  Although, if Grotberg signs on as her manager, she may move into the lottery.   :D
HEY PAL, DON'T BLOCK THE SHOT!

Scottie,

Is it such a slow news day in Monmouth that you have to profane this board with talk of the WNBA ?? Although in a way it is like "The System" when you think about it. Lots of turnovers. LMAO.

Yes, the players definitely read it and they get quite a kick out of it most of the time.

On a side note: For those wishing to become more like "The Roop", which is all of you in case some weren't aware. PowerNet Global is no longer the Official Cellular and Long Distance Provider of the NRO. Enter VirginMobile and TotalCall International 4.9 Please make all necessary changes as soon as possible.

4 things are certain after this weekend: 1. Just because you're a good basketball player doesn't mean you can shoot a bow worth anything. 2. Coyotes know how to sneak past electric fences. 3. Name brand Vodka doesn't agree with "The Roop" and 4. Beloit College has secured the next Grotberg for the 08-09 class.

So as to not get embarrassed, Grotberg will leave a year early. So let it be written, so let it be done.
