I'm sorry but the discussion is making no sense to me. Kind of like Ripon having not won the last 3 MWC titles, even though they had the best athletes.

I guess Dizzie Gillespie should work on your talent to results ratio. I think his numerator is fine. Theoretically, the ratio should result in 1.00 for a coach meeting expectations. Sorry but I am a quant equities trader so this is what I know.
