Yea I agree  That the conference is getting more competitive, by far no doubt.  Averett started playing CNU tougher the last 3 years, Greensboro has always been a physical dog fight, and Methodist I've always respected, maybe because of the Rockett.  Finish strong CNU against Ferrum up in the mountains.  CNU finest I'll leave you alone for the reaminder of the season, so you can sool off.  You fight Mosh all by yourself without my help and have a happy holidays. Oh! ones last thing Everybody gets up for a game against CNU, they always bring ther best agains us, I said it before, if Ferrum was 0-9. they would be playing like they are what they are today 9-0.

Thanks...FC has had an unbelievable year, but I happened to look back at their results from last year, and was surprised at what I saw. Of the losses they had, 3 were in OT, and the point margin in the others were not ridiculous. Couple that with the fact that they lost so few to graduation, and I am somewhat surprised that they were picked to finish 5th. I would have said 3rd.

At any rate, they have one game left and maybe they can finish perfect. Weather should not be a factor, but the crowd should.

It should be a good game.

Do I really need to say how I feel about the CNU/Ferrum game?? As a Captains fan, I dont feel to good.

Feel good. If anyone will feel worse it will the boys if they lose. However my MOSH's advice is to "start drinking heavily". Listen to him he's premed.

I think I got a Rocket 2 (-) here in the state of CO.  His problem however is he has a serious hitch in his delivery. His vertical game is a little weak but he's got a rifle at 30 yards. Nice.... nice fade. He was an ALL State Corner last year but they had no QB so they asked him to play QB. Gave up the corner and probably another all state season for the team. I did see him (no BS) come up on 2 occasions this year (one was a pick on him) and remove the helmet from the ball carrier. Literally. He is a hat bringing fool. I hope Caoch E can get him (you know out of state tuition is a MO FO at Methodist).

allen c - i think slotting fc at 5 in the pre-season was about right...4 would have been better...of course, hindsight is 20-20, but who envisioned cnu AND su sliding the way they have? and based on the results of the mc/fc game last year, there was little question in my mind in the pre-season that the monarchs were better than the panthers (and i'm not sure the monarchs aren't every bit as good as fc right now, especially if hill were able to give them something ) - the thing about pre-season polls is they are exactly that pre-season - i mean, even the folks at d3football.com got some things SERIOUSLY wrong...i remember that the kickoff preview had ehc slotted a few spots ahead of the monarchs based primarily on a coaching change...how has that turned out? - that's why you play the season
