I personally like it when the CG blows the superstructure down to the keel. That's when I like them.

No...... Papi's boys do the dangerous on a daily basis.

Now that the dirty birds are coming this week are you painted in crimson with a grey touch? ;)
abnrgr, firepower is an awesome thing!  Shooting one over the bow would be enough to get my attention!  :)  All out of paint.  lol  Will a Quaker sweatshirt and cap be enough?  I was going to paint a "G" on my chest, but I couldn't get seven other people to go along.  Three other guys agreed to be the "U", "R" and "D,"  but we didn't like the looks of that!   Where are FOIL when you need them?  They're terrible spellers anyway and who knows what would happen if they started changing seats!  :)  Go Quakers!

I like that.  Some football teams do that too.  :)

Tell all those others who will not paint themselves that there's no Quaker in Team...make them feel bad.

I was calling the game BC +8.5 in a 80 point game. What's you call

I want to be a loyal fan, but I objectively see BC as the stronger, more balanced team.  My heart says Guilford pulls it out in the fourth quarter, but my wallet (if I was a betting man lol) says Bridgewater by 13 or so.  Maybe 47-34 or something like that.  I hope I'm wrong on the second scenario.  Go Quakers!

Here you go, complete with nautical theme :)

Angry sea at night
Waves of dark death until dawn
Sunlight gives her life

a nautical theme...just for the Captains.....do you have one for the other teams in the conference?

Anybody seen my buddies Gullett and Goose? I can understand Gullett hiding and licking his wounds from the thrashing last Saturday. Goose hasn't posted in a few days!

Someone made a dare on the ODAC men's basketball board a week or two ago and I pulled those ten limericks out of my 'hat," so I guess USASAC football can also be done.  Give me a little time and I'll see what I can do.  lol

that's too funny.......I could write some of that stuff too....but I'd get kicked off for the pornographic content

You just have to choose your words carefully.  Say poetic stuff like "omnipotent staff of life" instead of, well, you know.  lol

how about "dyslexic anorexia" instead of......

That reminds me of one of my favorite jokes:  Q. What does a dyslexic, agnostic insomniac do in the middle of the night?  A.  He stays awake and wonders if there really is a DOG.

Keys to the Game GC vs SU

Greensboro

Control the Clock-SU has always been a good team when they can control the clock.  They aren't doing a good job of it this year.  The record shows.

Force TO-they have the fewest TO's of all teams in the conference.  The secondary won't be putting up numbers they are used to.  TO's need to come elsewhere

Have Balanced Offensive Attack-they are good at stopping the pass but not good aT Stopping the run.  Balance will add some pressure.

SU

Score some points-Face it they need to score to win.  Right now they aren't doing it.

Avoid History-  Of all the teams in the conference SU doesn't play GC well.

Hold on to the football-Gc can force TO's and they will be looking to do it some more.  They can't win, if they can't score.

PrideSportBBallGuy

Shenandoah 7 at Greensboro 28 -Even GC is too much for SU

Christopher Newport 21 at Maryville 3-It could be alot worse, but it is a long road trip.

Averett 21 Wesleyan 24-I call this my upset in the pick'em.  I think if NCWC can pass the ball like they have been.  Well AU can's stop the pass.

Ferrum 21 at Methodist 28 FC just isn't that good as we all thought.  Its a trip for FC.
