Anybody who chose Orange as the color for UVA has a big problem to begin with.  When he was there, it was Blue.  When I see all the Orange, I just shudder, it is so Clemson-like.  I was raised by a Paladin (read that Furman) so Clemson is not on my top million and the color orange is CLEMSON.  So as far as I am concerned, he has jinxed himself and his teams.  Of course I am the baseball mom at my school as well and we are very superstitious (and the Brownie mom for the UVA baseball team as well ;D ;D ;D)  I'd like to clone Chris Long.  Oh wait there are 2 more Longs in the pipeline, one of whom is a QB at STAB and Kyle who is built very much like his brother and to whom I owe brownies since last summer.  My bad!!  Al Groh is on my last nerve.  The lack of offense is a shame.  I want Gary Cuozzo back.  I want Frank,  I want Turnley Todd (Oh, showing my age there with these guys, but they are still my favorites along with Chris Long!!!!!   :o :o :o   Oh, by the way, did I tell you how I hate

]
I certainly agree with you concerning Clemson.....Florida, TN and TX I can live with. I agree all orange in UVA is a bit much. I do love the orange and blue together. Those were my high school colors and then like Groh, some idiot had to go and mess with them and change things to silver and blue.

As for Mr. Groh, he needs to be carried out of Charlottesville tared and feathered. He has no personality, and he has been out coached the last 3 years by everyone. How he made it in the pros I will never know.

Now that I am a proud Averett parent, I am getting use to Blue and Yellow as well.

O-Line...

ABN...yeah I'm still around.  I had my orders changed from Charleston to our Special Missions Training Center in Camp Lejeune were I'm going to be teaching our fast boats school. I'm trying to adjust to wearing green instead of blue. Maybe you can swing by and take a ride sometime!

Look up a guy named Dan Moose. He's working up at the CG Commandant's office as trainer of "certain" special missions. He might be at the cultural, economic entertainment mecca of the western hemisphere; Camp.....oh Lejune. Anyway he is a good dude. Tell him you know BLUTO. He'll take of you.

I blew thru Bragg a week ago. One day FLAILEX. Woke up uh...hurting at the GB club (Green beret Sports Para Club) Thought I pulled a Narch waking up wearing womens underwear. lets get this straight it's only a comfort issue ;) With Narch is it's required with those GC gigs ;)

So give me run a down how EC will look next year.

Congrats to CNU's Rob Rodriguez on his numerous post-season accolades. Also, congrats to Rob Rod on his two tackles and a pick in USA's win over Mexico in the Aztec Bowl.

ABN...EC had a lot of young talent this year and as long as we have Keifer coaching we will be ok.  One of his former stars TJ Courman plays slot back for App State, he has been in college two years and has two national championship rings.  That's not a bad way to start the career.

Has anyone seen a combined schedule for next season yet. I am anxious to see who Averett has the second week. I think they only had Wesley for two years and curious to see who they will replace Wesley with. They open with Mount Union and should have Guilford the 3rd week.

ALCON
well I see everybody made it thru. Good

Papi. Good for EC alumni. APPY is always in the hunt.

The last kid I coached at Havelock wrapped up his playing days at ECU in the bowl game. Will Bland was our QB but was made a wide out at ECU. I think he had 3 TDs for his career. But he will graduate. Thank the heavens for that
