Sounds like you guys have missed some of my late night (alcohol induced coma) tirades. Narch and Papi can attest to them.
Never shall I leave a fallen comrade

Hooked on Phonics (Phone -e + ics).  I see the math parallel.  :)

Pride...sometimes it is just better to "Stop, Think, and then Type."  If that does not work just "Stop, Think, and Stop again."  ;)

I am replying to a post that said GC should be scared of Gallaudet.  That is a travesty.  Your fear is that the entire Maryland School for the Deaf is going to commit to Gallaudet and nock off the mighty Pride in their white unis whether home or away???  If these kids are so good why aren't they at DeMatha or at another private school in the area?  Or at public school for that sense.  Assistive technology and special education allow for deaf students to have meaningful educations in the least restrictive setting.  Do a little research and then you will realize...

Oh I don't think we will lose, but I do think WCLegacy shouldn't put a huge spread on the game.  GC has the tendency to give programs thier first win.  I wonder if it will be the case after an 11 year absence.

admiralpapi-

Yes I have to be a dyslexic typer because I often "type, think, then stop"  ;D

You still owe me a drink from when Greensboro beating Methodist.  I haven't forgoten that.

I lost.

Really..Never going to paint again .

COMA'S!

You guys seem to be going through some mid life criseeese.  Jeeze.

Sidenote;  My college roomate and former Pride player Gradiegh Lowe is in Baghdad for a year.  Are there any other former or current players serving in the hot zones?  Just curious!

Commas...Man, you guys are crazy,

Roll Pride,

AdmiralPapi

Pride...Whenever you are down my way I'll buy you that drink, I could buy it for you in Greensboro but the scenery is so much better in Wilmington (just ask Narch).

Mosh, there have been quite a few Methodist guys over the past few years that have been or who are still in hot zones.

abnrgr - i've noticed your comma tirades, but i choose not to point them out because you're a little unstable and you have the ability to hunt me down and kill me in at least 50 different ways...i'm trying to stay on your good side...that and the fact that you've got the only known picture of me in those leather chaps which you could hold over my head...if that photo ever made it onto these boards my reputation would be ruined

pride - papi's right...wilmington > greensboro
(since you're good with math, i thought i would use an equation rather than "spell it out fine easily")

instant classic

I want you to clarify your definition of "Instant Classic"

Instant Classic for me is something that one would be willing to hear/see/do etc again.  Examples of Instant Classics:

The last two Souper Bowls of GC vs GC
Maryland vs Duke at MD where MD blew a 10 point lead in the las tminute of the game (Basketball)

Jan 8th 1997 Maryland vs  North Carolina at Carolina.  Carolina had a 22pt lead at halftime blew the lead and lost by 10 points. (Always been a MD fan, but that was the game I became a diehard fan.)

VA beating FL St in football.

So Narch, what is an instant classic?

Give some of your instant classics?

hasanova

Pride, with all due respect, I agree with narch.  Many of your posts are "Instant Classics" the, well, "instant" you hit the "Post" option.  They're sort of like terrible accidents on the freeway - you hope no one is injured, but you have to look.  That's what makes them so fascinating - we can't make up this stuff and we never know when they're going to happen!  Keep 'em coming!

All kidding aside, Greensboro should have no problem with Gallaudet.  If you do, you're in for a long season.  I once heard that Gallaudet uses a drum cadence from the sideline at the line of scrimmage to let the offensive guys know when the ball will be snapped.  Is this true or simply urban legend?

I get that part, but I don't understand how it compares to a terrible accident. I usually to a good job of determining analogies but this one has gotten the best of me.  Are you saying the posts are so tragic like accident, or are you saying that the posts are interesting to the point that you must stop and read and judge them for yourself.

When I make a post on here it is either to get a chuckle, make the board active, or support or not support a post.

The Commercial bit was to get a chuckle.

As for the other part of the post I am not sure if Galluadet does it, but I do know that Maryland School of the Deaf does use a drum.  I would venture a guess that so does Galludet.
