Parsons - If you're who I think you are, you were a really fine player for AU.  I made the trip from Greensboro to Danville last year to watch the Cougars and the Quakers.  It looked promising at the half, but you and your team smoked us in the 2nd.  Good luck to you!

thanks a lot i appreciate that...i would always read the posts on here but thought it was best for me to stay out of the conversations while i was still playing...but i am a huge D3 football fan and love to talk about it

Parsons

17 was my number for football in high school and 11 was my basketball number...i am just back home for now, i have accepted a GA position at Mcdaniel College so i will be coaching there and getting a masters in sports administration

Parsons-

Good for you.  Of all the QB's, I saw the last two years you were one I enjoyed watching.  You are a smart player and clearly a leader on the field.  If you can coach half as good as you can QB, you will be a fine coach.  After your master's what do you want to do?  Coach high school or college or what?  I know quite a few high school coaches about an hour east of McDaniel that I keep in contact with (I grew up an hour east of McDaniel), that would love to have your experience and knowledge on the sidelines with them.  In fact some might want you on the sidelines now.

I hope they do start another league.  I am very disappointed in the NFL for shutting down NFL Europe.  It gave guys chances to play. I did read that Mark Cuban article.  He wants to play the games on friday nights.  Not too sure about that.

Parsons

right now i think im am going to try to stay on the college level and try to work my way up

Pat Coleman

Hey -- a belated welcome to the board. As a former player it's good to have you around. Bring teammates. :)

On the ODAC board they were/are talking about final exams for Mount Union, which prompted me to look at graduation rates.  I came across an interesting number for Methodist.  It appears that there is 52% transfer rate at methodist.  Now does that mean how many transfer in or how many transfer out.

Based on the website I found the information it looks like the number who trasfer out, but I am not sure about that.  Who replaces the transfers is my question more transfers or more freshman.

Many of the other schools(USASouth) are between about 19-30%
