Well, we will find out in the next few months, as the two leagues have 10 games scheduled between them. Personally, I think the ODAC will win at least 7, and possibly more. Here are the match-ups:

        9/15   E&H at NCW, Ferrum at BC, Averett at Guilford

ODAC won the series last year, so this is old news. They will do it again, but if for some reason these bottom feeders (FC and SU mostly) return to winning form of years past, then we are looking at about .500.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that the USA South is going to win the series this year there are ten games and think it is goint to come down to the last two games and think that the USA South is going to be much stronger this year than last but still have the powerhouses. So i am going to make my call the usa south wins it 6-4

Looking at Massey's Ratings for last year, the USA South was ranked 17th, while the ODAC was ranked 18th.  You can't solely rely on which conference wins the most games head to head when considering who's better, as CNU85 mentioned.

That poll is a possibility but Averett lost a TON from last year.  It will definately be a rebuilding year for them and so it will most likely be a bottom 4 finish for them this year.

The teams are being run in reverse order of the coaches' preseason poll for lack of any other criteria besides alphabetical order. It's a first time experimental series out of USAC Media Day that follows the series that comes out of SEC Media Days. I'll let the fans of the other five post with commentary if they desire with the warning that apparently a link to a school site that itself links to the paper's site doesn't carry through very relaibly for some reason and I can't fix that problem.

It looks as if I am not going to make the trip to Winchester this year. Somebody I know very well is getting inducted into the Bridgewater Hall of Fame that same weekend, so I am heading to that ceremony.  It looks as if I will see Guilford play 3 times this year.  That game, GC vs GC, and Guilford vs Hampden-Sydney (I won't be making the Maryville trip that same weekend.)

I promise Greensboro, I am NOT a Guilford fan.
