and somehow i'm not shocked that KIR hasn't shown up since the draft...i was hoping he was at least a man of his word and would remember his side of our "bet" (which i can't fully remember, to be honest)

For some reason I was under the impression that KIR was just an updated login name for OGUN2K, who I thought was Tunde's uncle. But at my age it's easy to get confused.

Perhaps the problem was KIR did talk to the NFL agents in much the same manner he posted on this board and ran them all off.

It may have been mentioned earlier (February?), but it's worth repeating that GCP Offensive Coordinator Jimmy Teague resigned after one season at Greensboro to become the HC at Danville's (VA) George Washington HS.  If he's as successful there as he was at Reidsville (NC) HS, they'll bring home a lot of postseason hardware!  He's also the father of the MU QB.

Teague leaving Greensboro to go back to HS is good for the rest of the conference and a tough loss for the Pride.  Greensboro, particularly the offense with a developing passing game, was coming on strong in the latter part of last year and wasn't an automatic "W" anymore.  He had a lot to do with that.

the suspense is killing me...who did tunde ogun sign with - you would think that if he were on an nfl roster that he would be listed on a roster on the nfl website (he's not) and that his uncle would be shouting his signing from a rooftop (he isn't)
