It'd be nice if HC loses a few conf games, DG, to make MC's road to the playoffs easier, but I wouldn't be mad if both win out and have it all come down to the game in Montgomery. Makes for a good story!

Arrived in G'boro this afternoon. I feel pretty good that we will do okay tomorrow.
I'm like you that I have trouble pulling for LaGrange in anything. I have less trouble pulling for Murvul since Rader went up there. I'm like Scots13 in that I wouldn't mind that game at the end being for all the marbles. There's a lot of football to be played between now and then though.

Tale of 2 halves... MC wins 47-35. Dominated second half. Kicking game struggling.

the monarchs found a running game today...in a big way - 412 yards on the ground and 3 players with 100+ - reber was efficient going 12-17 for 145 and 2 tds while running for 107 - mu jumped out to a 20 - 3 first qtr lead, but had to hold on for the win vs. a game au team

mu gets a week off to prepare for the Lagrange passing attack...and do they ever have some work to do - 4-2 at this stage is nice

Just got in. Long drive. About all you can say about today is it was a win. We looked really good for most of the first half then I'm not sure what happened but we kind of went into cruise control and it ended up a lot closer than it should have. If the defense can't get it together we will have to depend on just out-scoring people from here on out. We do have several freshman receivers that are looking good that are going to cause some people some problems if we can keep them around for a few years.
Need to get some people healthy and get ready for a big one at LaGrange next week.
