That's exactly my sentiments on the Maryville game. It's week 2 and it's time to get to work against the ODAC. Time to go to work.

Got a chance to watch Methodist play the first half online. Lots of positives to take away from that half, seemed to be some break downs in the 2nd half from what I read, but I am sure that will get cleaned up. Really looking forward to being on campus for homecoming!

narch, I am pretty high on your monarchs.  Have them up there in my south region poll.  Looking forward to see how the game goes on Saturday against Guilford.  Wont be able to catch it online, I will be in Salisbury for the Wesley game, but it doesnt start until 6.  Good luck this weekend.

narch, are you coming to Guilford Saturday night?  If you do, give me a heads up so I can say hello.  It should be a good, well-attended game.
will be at a wedding...probably won't even be able to watch the stream
Ah, been there, done that.  As my brothers and I ask, "Who schedules a wedding during football season?"

Exactly! I'm heading to a wedding on Saturday as well.....4pm....middle of (*$!&%^%&$*)$&@ day!!

The dude needs to turn in his man card!

I've got the same problem in October except the guy made it even worse.  2 p.m. wedding, 6 p.m. reception. even worse i'm in the dang thing, so i have to show up early, and I've got to be there for the rehearsal waste of time Friday night...

It's okay to have a wedding during football season. You just have to do it the right way like me and my wife. We got married Iron Bowl weekend. Went to Gatlinburg, just the two of us on Friday. Then called everyone, "Hey, guess what?" Then us and everyone can enjoy the games on Saturday.

He is gonna watch the Iron Bowl on his I-PAD.   :D

MC's Maurice Walker, Fr WR, earns USAC play of the week with his one handed catch Saturday against Berry. Congrats to him for a big play and big game in his college debut-also caught a touchdown.

HAHA spoken like a true fan! Great story and well written article. Says a lot about Coach Goss and the staff at MU as well. That time out, learning things from the coaching side will truly help him grow.
