7 days is the tentative day of USASouth Preseason Poll( I am use past history to determine that.)

http://www.d3football.com/pressreleases.php?release=1669

The conference is starting its press releases off with a bang:

(FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.) - The annual USA South Football Media Day will be hosted by Methodist University and take place on Thursday, July 31 at 10:30 a.m. Each of the Conference's eight football coaches will address the media and give their thoughts on the upcoming football season.

My dilligent research shows July 31 to be a Tuesday....   :-\

They are using the Metric System!

Very Funny, '85

The Metric system is always a good answer.

Or I was the the one that sent out the press release.  It was released a day after I mentioned the preseason poll would be released.  ;D

It is supposed to be at 10:30 am (I didn't think an "am" was part of the metric system.  I know mm m km are, but not am)   ;D (Sorry I couldn't help myself)

The funny thing is I changed it from "a" to "e" at the last minute.

I took nova's advice about getting that grammar book, I didn't get the one he mentioned but I did get a book about grammar. I hope that within the next ten years what I have learned about grammar might work its way onto here.  ;D

I will mention most of my problem areas have been with the colloquial words , parallels, and pronoun-antecedent agreements.

With the invention of instant messenger systems using colloquial words, have caused the young generation, including myself to use word as if we were speaking, which generally are words not accepted in formal language.

I think that might have been a the "smartest" written post I have ever posted.

Now lets get back to football.

I haven't even tried to look for that commerical.  At work, If I type the word beer it won't get me very far because it will probably be blocked.  Sites mentioning alcohol, among others, are blocked.  For crying out even ESPN is blocked. However I found away around that, I search for something from 1999 (or earlier) and I use that as my back door.

I wanted to add, how much should we look into Rodriguez's performance in the game against Germany?  NFL teams are always looking for Special Team players so....

Jermaine Lewis was 5'8 as a return guy, but he also weighed 40 more pounds.  What is the size of the typical CFL player/special teams player.

CFL should not be called the CFL, it should be called CML  (Canadian "meter"ball League)  They are on the metric system up there  ;D.  I am on a roll here.

if you do say so yourself...although, if memory serves me correct, canadian football uses 10 yards as the measure for a first down, not 10 meters - while the country may be on the metric system, i don't think their football is
