Johnny Augie

TitanFan12,

It won't be played on video like the game at IWU, but you can listen to the game from Titan Q.  He does a great job braodcasting the game.  It should be a good one.  Just click on the link below.

79jaybird,

I know how you feel.  I had planned on going to the game, but something came up and I can't get there.  I'm hoping that I'll get a chance to watch these two teams play each other in the CCIW tourney.

Johnny Augie,

Thanks!  I found the game and are listening to it.   It should be a great game!

Final

Carthage comes back after being down by 18 in the second half.   Bowens finishes with 19 - 17 in the second half.

NP could not handle the press and had turnover after turnover.   Dennis is going to have a field day with this collapse.

Lawrence beat Carroll 64-63 tonight to remain undefeated. Too bad for the CCIW teams.

Not to jump ahead of anything, but what are the tie breakers for getting into the tournament because it is feasable that there will be a 3 way tie for 3rd and 4th place?

augie_superfan

Nice win for Augie tonight...thanks to all in the updates room.  Guess it is LEGITIMATE now...haha

I didnt get a chance to listen to it so I'll be waiting for some good reports.  Augiefan...at this point, Carroll's loss was probably a good thing.  No one would probably overtake LU if they lost to Carroll and also lost somewhere else.  The Carroll loss is better for IWU since now they both "drop" in the eyes of the regional committee.  If Carroll had won, they would've really separated themselves from IWU, NCC & Elmhurst.

Thunderwearer....somewhere back within the last week they were posted on this board...they are listed somewhere there.  Also, if you go to www.cciw.org I think they are in a weekly release.

Not really.  Lawrence would be a total lock for a C even if they lost.  Carroll is PROBABLY still a lock, but this might have given a possibility that NCC could beat out Carroll for a C.

Wow Ypsi...we were thinking the exact same thing

Congrats to Augie the undisputed CCIW regular season champion. A rare regular season sweep of IWU. If it was done by Augie in modern history I do not remember when.
