I think that's a true statement; I've heard many different people not associated with the CCIW say that.

I don't think the lack of depth helped but Points off turnovers-NCC-M 9,UST-MEN 20 probably did North Central in--- together the UST's 2nd Half 60% FG and 17-21 81% FT in 2nd half alone

I think it hurt them when they played Augie @ Augie.  They were dominating the whole game and lost it in the last couple of minutes.  

For example, Augie can go about 12 deep...that can hurt sometimes when the opposing team goes 6 deep.  Although that didn't stop NCC from putting a beat-down on the Vikes when they showed up at Naperville!!
