The recruiting names above come from:
1) Stuff I've found on Twitter.
2) Info from other D3boards.com posters (like AndOne on NCC's recruits).

To be clear, these are not formally "announced recruits" - no CCIW MBB program has announced a recruiting class yet as far as I know.

There are probably a lot of kids who have verbally committed to a CCIW school that are not showing up on the list here. So no, I don't think it is odd there are no Augustana names. Augie lands good recruits every year and I'm sure they will do so again this year.

And yes, Augie graduates their top 4 scorers plus 6-9 and 6-8 reserves.

In particular, it seems to me Carter Duwa (6-0 PG, Fr.), Daniel Carr (6-9 F, Fr.), Justin Bottorff (6-6 F, So.), and Jacob Pulley (6-4 G/F, Jr.) are poised to emerge as key guys next year. The Vikes also have 6-10/239 Fr. Cameron Bartmann, who I am familiar with since IWU recruited him. You have to think he factors in at the 5 next year and, who knows, becomes that next huge Micah Martin-type presence?

Next year will be the least Augie has returned, in terms of prior year production, in a while. But there is a lot of talent on that roster that's been blocked by older guys.

I spoke today with a hs coach of Western Michigan hoopster Brandon Johnson (6'8" 220) who averaged 15ppg and 8 rpg in '19-'20 that he is transferring to North Park. If that actually becomes reality in fall 2020, that will take a huge burden off Szuba, complement Karl Polk who had a fine freshman campaign, and clear more space for second team All-CCIW guard Toby Marek.

Giovanine isn't quite sure what he is getting in Fransson since the coaches haven't seen him play in person and recruited him off highlight tapes. Most recently he played for the Trelleborg Pirates out of Superettan, the second tier professional league in Sweden.

Competing with players in their 20s and 30s, the 18-year-old averaged 1.6 points in 7.4 minutes per game, shooting 60 percent from the field. He played with the Pirates' Division 2 squad before moving up.
