I said its a possiblity, albeit a strong one.

There is an argument for each of these choices.

I think it would be a total trip if OurHouse turned out to be Bosko! :o

I can't wait to hear your argument for that possibility! ;D

usee

Bosko reads PP (check recent article)
Bosko knows Q (Check recent posts)
Bosko likes to stir the pot (see any bosko quotes)
OurHouse worships Stevie D (see recent posts)

It's not a stretch. 8-) ;)

I did a little research and I have narrowed the identity of OurHouse to the following choices:

A. Sean Dwyer's Dad
B. Scott Trost
C. Titan Q's alterego
D. Bosko

I am convinced the answer lies within.

MMW's

Maybe it is a tag-team of Scott Trost and Bosko....Bosko was Scott's assistant coach at Elmhurst.

G.S.....come on...Out of Control!

"Come on"? I strongly suspect that you're the only person who reads this room who sees the initials "OC" and immediately thinks, "Oh, that must stand for 'out of control'!" ;)

I'm not sure of the direct reference... but when I was in high school back in the late 90's the term was used liberally.

I always assume OC is "obsessive-compulsive".  But I suppose that makes me OC. :P

Carthage wins tonight at Wheaton.  Stevie scores 44 in a great game.

I watched the Wheaton/Carthage video stream.  Steve Djurickovic's performance tonight was one of the best I've ever seen in a CCIW game.  I don't even know how many points he finished with (didn't have the stats up and didn't have the sound on), but it had to be a ton.

I think he is a legitimate mid-major D1 player.  Wow is he something.

Game over... Wheaton had their chances toward the end, but Carthage with the critical play - an offensive board on a Djurickovic miss with 22 seconds left and Wheaton down by 2 (65-63)., Followed by a Wheaton foul, a turnover by McCrary and 5 Carthage FT's to seals the game.

68-63 Carthage over Wheaton.

Djurickovic with 44 pts, 3 rebs, 3 assists, 2 steals, 4 turnovers (WOW!)
Next Carthage player with 9 pts (Kelly)

McCrary with 20 pts, 9 rebs, 6 assists, 4 steals, 2 turnovers
Panner with 20 pts

Wheaton now in a must get in the CCIW tourney and win it to make the playoffs.  Tall order to say the least.

Yes, he would be a fine mid-major player, possibly a star in the right program.  His lateral movement and ability to make sure that he get points once he gets an advantage on the defender is amazing.  That would translate to higher levels easily.  He would have to adjust his game to better post players, but that would be doable.

He reminds me a bit of Trevor Huffman, who was a key player on Kent State's Elite 8 run in 2002.  Huffman was stronger, but a bit shorter and had the same good first step and lateral movement that Steve D has.

Allow me to be a little biased, but having just seen the game I will have to stop you short and say he played a good game amidst a bunch of people playing like garbage.  He holds the ball for every possession, which makes sense, then makes a move and either makes the basket or gangly flops and gets a call.  He's getting calls MJ wouldn't have gotten.  Heck, he's getting calls Kent wouldn't have gotten.  And the calls he doesn't get or that Wheaton does get, pops runs his mouth like bloody murder.  (I am remembering correctly that the coach is his dad, not the ref, right?)

I digress.  Wheaton played terrible.  Carthage aside from SD looked just as bad.  Wheaton missed a great opportunity and the refs missed a great final 5 minutes.  The game was just poor.
