Congrats to both Titan teams!

Congratulations to the Titans. Excellent play and execution throughout, and they were just a bit better throughout tonight.

Scots dug themselves just a bit too deep of a whole tonight.

Victor Davis is a force inside; just one of several tough matchups that the Titans forced the Scots to contend with tonight.

Good luck to the Titans tomorrow.

There's only one listed here on the NCC roster.

That's not even true anymore. You can finish up your eligibility as a graduate student, provided you do it at the institution from which you received your undergraduate degree. Several CCIW athletes have done this in recent years, and Wheaton senior guard Aaron Garriott is contemplating doing it as well next season.

Wowza, three out of five CCIW teams in the Elite 8.  Come on Wheaton!

Congrats to NCC on a fine season.  They will be back, with almost everyone.

CONGRATS to both Titan teams on making the Elite 8.  So happy, so proud of both big wins.

Congrats to Carthage -- matchup #4 coming tomorrow night for a berth in the Final Four.  Doesn't get much better than that for the CCIW.

Way to go GREEN.

Come on Wheaton.

I went back to AndOne's  post from Senior Day and he mentioned two names and you know I meant participation in four seasons in any sport now didn't you;)? My son could end up finishing his eligibility for indoor track, the winter of '14,  if he student teaches next winter.

Mr. Ypsi

The Amherst men lost to F & M tonight - IWU is now the ONLY school with both teams still alive!

Wheaton trailed by 16 at the half, but is clawing back - now only down 9 w. 12:45 to go.

Mr. Ypsi

Was just about to report that Wheaton had cut it to 4 w/ 9+ to go, when UWW made 5 unanswered in 35 seconds. :P  9 point deficit w/ 8:40 to go.

A Lover of the Game

Come on Wheaton!!! Pull out a win for the CCIW tonight.

I missed the NCC game tonight. It looks like it was a hard fought game. Congrats on a great season, NCC!!!

Congrats Titans. Good luck tomorrow night.
Play the best to be the best.

The UWW announcers are brutal. They have mispronounced multiple Wheaton player names. Different versions of Pflederer and Serenius even with the PA announcer saying it right.

I had to go all the way back to Mark's February 18 post to see his one, off-hand mention of the fact that Broyles is a senior as well. But, meanwhile, the NCC website maintains that Broyles is a junior.

that's what happens when the average ACT score of a UWW student is a negative number  ;D
I am determined to be wise, but this was beyond me.

They're butchering Schultze's name, too. It ticks me off when broadcasters and P.A. announcers don't do their homework.
