Mr. Ypsi

Tried shift-refresh - no change.

Mrs. Y and I are both getting new computers soon - maybe that will do the trick. :P

Interesting as I do my admittedly frequent perusal of CCIW Chat, I find an unprovoked attack from IWU70 on the publication for which I have worked since 1984.
70, you certainly have every right to not pay for online Pantagraph access if you don't think the product is worth it. But why are we the subject of your wrath if you no longer read us in print or online? What do you base the "tepid" insult and the ever so clever take off on our name on if you don't read us?
You're wondering about the status of Brady Zimmer but in the midst of slamming the paper for which I have covered the Titans for more than 25 years, you apparently would not mind if somebody consulted the Pantagraph to provide you an answer to your question. Interesting.

AO,

Understandably so, my employer frowns on me more frequently sharing such insights on Pat Coleman's wonderful creation when they are paying me to do so for them.

+1 -- sadly, I understand that answer all too well. :)

I think the Pantagraph does a tremendous job of balancing the coverage of the huge amount of sports in that area.

Stories are filed promptly online, I appreciate most not having to search all over the place to find IWU coverage, always easy to find.

Go compare the Pantagraph's online interface with some other newspapers, they do a really good job, in my opinion.

Titan Q

The coverage the Pantagraph provides of IWU athletics is something pretty unique in Division III.  The list of schools with this kind of consistent newspaper coverage is certainly not a long one.  Most D3s would love to have that kind of support from the local media.

It's beyond me why IWU70 wouldn't appreciate that.

How do you get a karma of -900 anyway?

Pat Coleman

A few years ago he caught the wrath of St. John's football fans.
