Back in the Dark Ages when I was in school and political correctness hadn't yet invaded seemingly every aspect of societal speech and action, we faced the Beavers on a couple of occasions. Given the more lax standards of the time, one of the more prevalent cheers by BV's opposition prominently featured their team's nickname. I'll bet the vast majority of our posters wouldn't have much difficulty envisioning said cheer or a close variation thereof.  :D
So young hero, ask yourself............................Do you want to go to college, get a good education, and play (basketball)(football), or do you want to go to college, get a good education, and watch (basketball)(football)? 🤔 😏

Don't surround yourself with yourself. 🧍🏼‍♂️(Yes)

Yes, because the vast majority of our posters are old men. ;)

As for the Buena Vista Beavers of that bygone era, I'm sure that they'd heard it all before.

Nowadays? Perhaps not. I question whether or not that particular feminine-anatomy vulgarism is still a part of the common slang lexicon. I suspect that it may have gone the way of 23 skidoo, cat's pajamas, and groovy.

Then again, what do I know? Soy un hombre viejo.

Un hombre viejo, verdad. Pero un joven comparado con la mayoria de nosotros.  ;)

Bemidji State U (MN) athletic teams are the Beavers and the school's alumni association is called "Beaver Pride."  https://bsualumni.org/athletics/beaver-pride-luncheons/
