He has a chance to be a 3-time All-American...I think he is that good.
Wait a minute, I thought we banished "Grotberg" talk to the MWC room?

Millikin has just added there 3rd post player for this year's recruiting class.  The latest addition is 6'8" Joscar Demby from Romeoville.  He chose Millikin over Carthage.  Joscar is the brother of former Millikin player Darno Demby from the mid-90's I believe and who is also a Hall of Famer at Millikin.  From what I hear, Joscar has the potential to be as good or better as former Romeoville star Anthony Simmons.  If that holds true, I think that Millikin has the young kids in place to make a run for a CCIW title in a few years.  Put these recruits along with current returners Drew Gensler, Mitch Ade, Mike Gavic, Korte Long, Bryon Graven, Keanon Harrington, and Matt and Tyler Nohren.

Big Blue, let's not get carried away!

Unsubstantiated rumor from Kenosha... Bosko told some people at the Carthage Redmen golf outing that David Tolefree is not going to end up at Carthage next year.

I say unsubstantiated because I was not there and heard this information second hand, although from a usually reliable source. Take the rumor for what it is worth.

Whether he's at Carthage or not, he will still be able to make a Tolefree call.

Just reporting what someone told me close to the Romeoville program on the Demby/Simmons comparison.  I would also like to add that I can not wait to see how Kent Raymond plays after sitting out a season.  He is a tremendous player but it is sometimes hard to be away from the game for a year and come back ready to play.  It could take him awhile to get back into the swing of the things.

I was contemplating making the blanket statement "Greg Sager sucks!" and see what conversation developed.  That always seems to be a polarizing statment whenever it comes up.  Alas, my judgement got the best of me and I decided not to contribute, but I do agree.  Where is all the sprightly dialogue?
