Albion was leading by 12 at halftime, and then evened it up at the end of regulation and won 79-75 in OT in women's basketball, and on the men's side, Albion beats Olivet 73-56, as the two Albion teams split their games tonight.

Olivet beat Albion 79-75 in Women's Basketball, not Men's.....the Men's team beat Olivet by 17!

Ahh, ok. Upon further examination I see that it was indeeds women. I took a look at the score and got excited...  :-[

Good posts allfirst; you've redeemed yourself with that explanation.

This is why people should actually listen to the show before complaining about it.

Final Score from Olivet, Michigan

73 Albion 56 Olivet

4 out of 5 Albion Starters were in double figures, including 3 with 15: Michael Bailey, Evan Way, and Brandon Crawford, Silas with 13.

Olivet's key performers: Gerald Dozie had a double-double with 16 points and 12 boards, De'Andre Clement with 12 points, and off the bench Greg Ravy contributed 12 points

Dark Knight

In Calvin's 80-58 win over Kalamazoo, the knights were hot with the 3-pointers, hitting 12 of 20. VDS thought the second half showed some of their best execution of the year.

Draayer hit 4 of 7 treys and had 16 points total. He also became Calvin's all-time leader in 3-point goals.

Snoeyink is still out with his sprained ankle, but he could play next game.

Just watched the last 5 minutes of the Illinois Wesleyan - Augustana game on their webcast. Very cool and good quality. We need the MIAA to set that up for the big games (Hope-Albion, Hope-Calvin, Albion-Calvin) It would be great for all the displaced alums and those who can't get tickets to the Hope-Calvin game that is not broadcast on WGVU.

Sounds like another solid effort by Hope. I wish we could see this production out of Cramer every night.
Tribes of primitve hunters, with rhinestone codpieces rampant, should build pyramids of Chevy engines covered in butterscotch syrup to exalt the diastolic, ineffable, scintillated and cacophonous salamander of truth which slimes and distracts from each and every orifice of your holy refrigerator.

Today officially can't get any better.  Adrian wins its first league game, and Meechigan comes back to beat Michigan State.  What a day! ;D

How about them Wolverines beating the Spartans by 5 @ Crisler Arena! Anyway, I am glad Albion won, and heck, so did the Pistons!  A winning wednesday for me.  Plus an Adrian win for our Bulldogs fans ;D

Really important win for the Knights.  Good job to avoid the letdown against a dangerous hornets team.  The Baby Knights really seemed to understand the importance with a 20 point advantage in the second half.  Congrats to Draayer on becoming Calvin's all time leading 3 point shooter.  It seems he has his shot back and they'll need it for the second half of the conference schedule.

As nice as it would be, does we really need to?

The answer is no, and I think I like that  :)

Why are Hope's games against Wheaton and Carthage listed as "in region" games while the same games for Calvin are not?
