Half: Calvin 35 to 25  Smith hits one at the buzzer from the midcourt line off the glass.

The Smith shot was another one of those "shots" that are memorable.
Stats:
rebounds Lax 28               Cal 16

turnover          9                           3
Shooting         .233                    .448
3's                  .273                     .385
steals                 0                          6
blocks                0                           2

If not for the advantage in turnovers, and blocks Calvin is in big trouble.  If Lax starts hitting free throws, and stops the to's Calvin is in trouble.

Calvin radio guy thinks WLC isn't going to know what hits them.
300 average attendance, playing in front of packed fieldhouse can rattle even the coolest player.

It is amazing how a full house really changes someone's mindset.  I think that happened the first Hope-Calvin game as some of the young Knights had some shock going on.  But if you are used to the crowds they have in Wisconsin, it has to be advantage for the two MIAA schools this weekend.

Tneim:  I am inclined to agree.  Lax just seems to have lost some composure.
