Well, a half hour away and I am not sure I am going to be able to listen or watch the live scoreboard.  Sometimes life gets in the way...  I hope you all had fun at the game and I will checking as soon as I can to find out how it is going.

All the best.  And if the worst happens tonight, I will be under a rock for a couple weeks.  Talk to you then.  Hopefully that does not happen and I can come on and talk to all you fine folks soon!   :D

I am so excited about the game tonight. I am shocked that the game is not sodl out yet. That really doesnt make any sense. But I guess this proves that the Devos Fieldhouse is not too small. I guess taht is the end of that discussion. I am very nervous for tonight. I feel that Hope has everything to lose and Calvin has everything to win. I do not like that at all. Calvin will play tough for sure and will shoot really well, but I see Hope pulling this one off. My prediction is:

Hope 71
Calvin 63

It will be closer than the last one, but Hope is too determined at this time. And I agree with Tniem. If the worst happens tonight I will quietly disappear fro a few weeks. Hope has to win. It is really that simple. Lets Go Dutch!!!!

It has arrived!!! If the unspeakable happens I intend on on leaving the country.

You Hope fans crack me up.  Hope wins this game going away ... As much talent as is on that team, playing at home, coming off a laugher.  Hope will lead by 15-20 points in the second half, clear the bench and finish ahead by 12-15 points.  It'll have been a great, great and completely unexpected great season for Calvin, but the reality is Calvin this year would beat Hope 1 time in 10 and that 1 time already happened.

40-31 Hope at the half...
I'd rather have that 18 pt lead we had the other night!  :-\

2 huge free throws by Immink with 13 seconds left. Way for a senior to come through when it matters most. Hope 70 Calvin 66, 13 seconds.

Hope uses the foul rather than let Calvin get back into the game with a 3. Maybe GVW finally learned something after the loss at Calvin.

HOPE WINS HOPE WINS!!! Hope 70 Calvin 67. Great effort by both teams.

Really a great season by Calvin after a very tough first two weeks for them. I am terrified of what Veldhouse may be doing to Hope over the next three years but for now the focus has to be the Sweet 16.

Wittenberg looks like it will handle Baldwin Wallace tonight so I expect Hope will be playing there next weekend.

Congrats to Hope. Represent the MIAA well.

Looks like Calvin overcame a tough first half at the Dick. Maybe by next year they'll be able to pull out two halves out from under the Dutchmen!

Congrats to KVS and the boys at Calvin for a great year. It's never unexpected that the Knights will compete for the crown, but this may have been the year that they'd have been forgiven for not doing so. A great effort in the NCAAS, and it's too bad that the Knights couldn't have been sent out West again, to meet up with Hope later on. But thems the breaks.

See you all next year.

Hats off to Calvin...way to stick in there tonight and not let hope run away with it when they had so many chances!!!

hope women are up 60-39 with 9 minutes to go at the HOST capital...I'd honestly expect the men to play at witt next weekend and the women to host in holland...or actually will it have to be the depauw women if they win??!!!???!
