Augustana likes the MIAA this year.  Defeated Calvin by 11, defeated Alma by 12, and now dismantled Hope by 12.
I would hardly call a 12 point victory "dismantling".
Oops, my bad, I meant to say it was a squeaker.  As our minds now turn to golf, Phil had a good day again.

Phil did great!

Hope gets commitment from Nate Davis' AAU teammate Jason Dietz, 6-4 sniper from Troy. Had an offer from Ohio Dominican, a D2 tournament team.
Nate Davis, Jason Dietz, and Tyler George... seems like Coach Mitchell is doing very well recruiting for next season.
I know that they are hard to come by but we need some talented guys in the 6'-8" range.

Especially if Olivet has a 6-10 guy with D1 experience.

This isn't on Hope's website, so I had to go through all the archived stats that go back to 1957-58 season. Jason Beckman's 22.2 ppg ranked 9th all-time at Hope College.

My bad. I didn't think it would be listed in that category. I thought just the top season would be listed. Oh well. I really do enjoy compiling stats like that.

Forgive me if I just missed someone else saying this, but Hope also got a commit from Jeff Bikus. 6'7" from Mundelein, IL.

I may be out of the loop on this one and it's already been discussed, but is there a school that is in the lead for Carson Meulenberg?
