Now that Calvin has defeated a D2, the November 15 line has shifted.

Calvin at IWU, 11/15 7:30pm CT
Calvin -1.5

Crazy turn of events.

Any details regarding the Calvin win?  They seem to have played hard against both of their D2 opponents.  Only thing I have been able to piece together through considerable analysis is that the Knights average 76 points per game.  Very dependable on that score.

I would never wager on D3 basketball.  Only D1, D2, and NAIA.

There are no box scores available and neither team has a recap posted. Unless someone here has an eyewitness account to offer we may be left in the dark.

Is it appropriate for a person to repeatedly give positive karma to someone who hasn't posted anything new since the last time that person applauded them?

Sac averages about two posts a day. Most people could +karma him every visit and not violate your stated rule.

Kalamazoo 56 // WMU 76

https://hornets.kzoo.edu/sports/mbkb/2019-20/boxscores/20191102_qkkr.xml?view=boxscore

Neither team streamed the game on their website, but the play-by-play says that Kzoo was within 10 with about 15 minutes left in the second half before WMU extended the lead to 20 within about five minutes. Probably the closest final score in this exhibition in a while.

Matches closest since 2009

2020  WMU  76  K 56
2019  WMU 110 K 70
2018  WMU  87  K 61

2018  WMU 107 K 50

St. Francis must be particularly great then!

This intel could move that IWU/Calvin line.

I'm not here everyday.

That wasn't the question

What a great fun fact about the Ripon vs Kalamazoo game. Nick Giard, new HC at Kalamazoo, formerly assistant coach at Williams, was replaced at Williams by Justin Sosinsky, formerly a player at Ripon. A small rivalry breaks out.

Last two exhibitions before it gets real.  One tonight, one tomorrow.
Two fun facts, St. Clair CC is not in St. Clair but Port Huron and they're called the Skippers.

Oct 22  Calvin at Ferris State 7pm
Oct 25   Kalamazoo at Davenport

Oct 29   Albion at Michigan State 7pm
Oct 29   Grand Valley State at Hope 7:30pm

Nov 2   Kalamazoo at Western Michigan 2pm
Nov 2    Calvin at Northwood 7pm

Nov 5   St. Clair CC at Olivet  7pm
Nov 6    Alma at Grace Christian  8pm

Nov 12  Olivet at Davenport 6pm
Nov 19  Alma at Western Michigan  7pm

The last two "exhibitions" are the real for one, not real for the other kinds.  I also bet its the first time Alma is a sandwich game between games with Ole Miss and Oklahoma State.

It appears that Olivet lost their exhibition game against St. Clair CC last night, 68-66. No stats as per the new usual.
I'm not familiar with the CC scene, but this is probably a disappointing result for the Comets.
