Based on this past spring term; easy is not the way to describe the online experience. Assuming by 'easy grade' you mean a 'solid grade'.

I suspect he was hinting at the possibility of taking the test on one computer with Google opened on another and you just look up the answers.

I don't know about you, but I would always trust 18-to-21 year-olds to make the right decision.

At some point too many dominoes fall to make your schedule practical.  yes?

Just at a quick glace, Hope and Calvin have teams from Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri on their schedule.

I don't know which would be worse in each school's eyes...

Bringing the whole team to and back from a tournament in Missouri, Ohio, or Illinois...
Or inviting 3 different schools, many from other states, all to your campus/facilities in one weekend...
Let's go Dutchmen!

Based on the remote exams I saw my son take this past semester when he had to finish at home, you aren't "opening Google to look up the answers".  The profs can also put timers on the exams so you don't have any more time to finish it than you would if you were taking it in a classroom.

Traditional exams are on the way out, anyway.  I was in college 20 years ago and even then half my classes didn't have them - a final paper or project due on exam day was usually more preferable to judge what students learn over the semester.  Obviously it's necessary for some content, but it's not like the days of scantron.

This addition gets the Calvin total to 15 - so now both Hope and Calvin have a full team (or more) of commitments.  Going to be some interesting days (and some unhappy athletes - incoming FR or returning players) during "tryouts".

Waiting to update the full list just in case there are any other additions today as Calvin completes their announcement tweets

I'm sure online exams vary greatly across the board. The ones I witnessed were open book/note exams, or there were groups of students getting together to take exams together or share answers.  Non-MIAA schools, but online exams are difficult to control. Figured the strong preference would be to take them in person if the rest of the semester is on campus

In a class of 14 or 15 (leaving aside transfers), I have to figure there are inevitably 8-10 players who never see time on a varsity roster.

You have a source regarding Michael Williams?  Fenwick HS not showing him as a player last year, but then I see him on Hudl saying he was a Sr at Fenwick.

I wouldn't wish that upon the younger generation. I still have nightmares in which I blow the test because I failed to fill in each oval perfectly, or because my pencil was a #3, a #1, or a #4 instead of a #2.

Rest easy. There other number pencils would have worked fine. The softer numbers smudge easier, which can cause problems, but it's no problem if done nearly. Nowadays those things can be filled in with anything and the machine just read whichever is filled in darkest as the selected answer.
