Hopefully we don't have to talk about that boring 100 point mark discussion for another 2 days.

I know there's a lot of Michigan fans in here.  It sounds like RoJo is backing out of coming to UM?  He's suppose to announce tomorrow at his church on what the deal is.

I don't it's quite fair to say "RoJo is backing out of coming to UM" because he's never make any commitment to UM, or anyone else. It's unlike Keith Nichol who verbally commited to MSU, changed his mind and then decided to go to Oklahoma. Nichol did "back out." Ron Johnson hasn't made any commitment yet so he can't be accused of "backing out."

Well supposedly he silently verballed to Ron English a couple months ago according to insiders on scout and rivals.com, but that's a whole nother story.  At least they got Warren, a 5 star CB from California.

I hear it's snowing up there!

I wish we would get some of that down here in Cincinnati.  We used to live in Kalamazoo and I really enjoyed the snow.  We hardly get enough to even mention down here.

As Phil Esterhaus would say "Let's be careful out there."

Stay in where it's warm and watch or listen to the Witt / Wooster game today.  Video is available at Wooster.edu and the Wittenberg Worldwide Radio Network is available at Wittenberg.edu.

Go Tigers!

The UM staff probably listened with a deaf ear.

UM is losing WAY too many in state 4 and 5 star recruits. If they lose RoJo (USC, maybe?) they would have to seriously reevaluate their recruiting strategy.

Is it OK for a team to go for 50 in the first half?
One Mississippi, Two Mississippi...

Green Hornet

I hear that ROJO was mad that his high school coach was taking messages from other schools, Florida, USC, and then not passing along the message...

Therefore, he backed out of Michigan whenhe heard other coaces has been calling. He didn't show up for a home visit this past week!

NO!!! Totally unclassy!!! But we need to ask ourselves... WWKVSD?

Crimeny,  we have  a Hope fan whining about Michigan losing football recruits?

For this Hornet/Spartan fan, i just have to sit back and shake my head.

69-66 Hornets with 30 tics left. Isaac Smith has 34 for Alma. He and Clancy have been back and forth with big shots all second half.

73-66 final, Hornets win their 2nd in a row. Nice work Hornets.  Now, two road games this week.  Lets get 2 more.

I wonder which game was called first?

I would guess GVW/KVS would not want to give the other two extra days to prepare for Wednesday's game.  I assume the away team would make the decision.

TSU 63 - Olivet 62  (ot)

Some prett amazing stats on this one.  TSU has only 9 turnovers, but shoots 32.8% from the field, 23.1% from 3, and 40.5% from the line - yet wins in OT.  Nothing like squeaking out an ugly win.

Dang!..... I picked Olivet there, I surely would have scooped the board on that one. :(

Two thoughts

--------One thing (of many) I learned living in Holland is that when they issue a blizzard warning, they're serious and you really don't want to be out in one.  This is an area of the state where 6 inches of snow is like brushing flakes off your coat.  Its not necessarily the snow, its the cold, imagine running off a road and asking yourself if your really prepared to be outside for any length of time with windchills in the -20's.  Absolutely the right decision today, and who cares who was first to cancel.

--------Wooster's Timken gym got very loud toward the end of the Witt game and it made me miss the old Civic Center............Come on Hope fans make some noise! :)

Dutch_Man

You can sure tell that Hope and Calvin didnt play today since we have been stuck on page 541 for this many hours on a Saturday night! I am kind of glad that the Hope game was canceled because I was just a little nervous thinking about driving all the way to Albion in that weather!!! So now we must wait till Monday to make the journey! GO HOPE

Sac- I will do my best to get that Dew Crew going on Wednesday!!! by the way that Wittenberg/Wooster game was a fun one to watch!
