My son in law was able to buy tickets from U of Chicago, but they only say Chicago vs Hope. Can someone please assure me those $7 tickets do indeed include both games?

Oh, I'm sure that at this point they have now decided to do a split session, and now we'll all be mad that we only have a ticket for one game

From what I have heard, the Dew Crew should have pretty good numbers tomorrow! My guess is that there will be around 50 or more and in a small gym like that we should be able to make some pretty good noise! I even heard that the 3-man is planning on running tomorrow night at Aurora! I wish I could just get on that road now!!!

According to some people somewhat familiar with Chicago, another possibility from Michigan is to take I294 to I55 west and then I355 north to I88.  It is one mile further than I294 to I88, but gets you even further west and I294 to O'Hare can be dicey.  Anyone know anything about this route?

The I-88 exit from 294 is about 10 miles before you ever get to O'Hare. The reality though is that 294 is usually bumper bumper from where it starts 5 miles from the Indiana boarder until it almost ends as you start to approach Wisconsin. I understand the theory behind the above suggestion but I-55 is also always a mess during rush hour (notice a pattern). Personally, I would say the above route has 4 highways with potential accidents, jumpers, construction, etc. where the other routes are limited to 2 or 3 highways so on those odds alone I would take a route with fewer highways unless I am on 294 approaching 55 and 294 is so bad it couldn't get any worse (a possibility).

Most of the construction was done around Christmas.  I would suggest skipping the manual tolls and going thru the I-pass lanes.  Much quicker.  (Of course you may get a ticket in the mail, but you won't have to wait for the manual lanes.)

I once went through the I-Pass lanes 4 times on the same trip when my I-Pass transponder was not working (I was not aware of that at the time) and ended up with a ticket in the mail of a$20 fine for each of the 4 times I went through. However, since I had an I-Pass the state did forgive the $20 fines on appeal.
