Figured sooner or later Calvin would get the 3's to fall, and everyone in the action.

Calvin's game plan: play them physical, get the ball inside. Looks like it's working. If Calvin can wear them down in the second half, that'll help at the end of the game.

NWH:  Give the guy a break.  He works in the SID's office so you expect him to be a tad biased.

At this point it seems Calvin is doing everything they need to stay in the game.  Sounds like the plan to play a bit more aggressive or physical is working, and frustrating some Aurora shooters.  Will need to sustain that in the 2nd half.  Still need to protect the ball, and keep getting the open looks for 3's.

DK;  Those are fantastic numbers.  It might be a bit unrealistic to expect that in the 2nd half, but it would be nice to stay over 50%.  Key is going to be keeping Aurora from getting their normal number of 3's.

Only if you're not the NCAA. 

The MIAA teams know how to defend Veldhouse and they tend to double-team him. Other teams don't know as much about him; maybe he'll have a big tournament.
