Love you too!

Just trying to keep the math facts straight for my KZoo brethen.

Just lighten up bud.  It is a chat room.

Posted several comments in my random's yesterday to start some dialogue.  Looks like it worked, except for getting your shorts tied up in a knot

Forgot to ask in the last post but where did Section7 come to the board from because S7's sole purpose seems to be trying to poke, prod and in general just be a nuisance to all posters on the board lately.

Major kudos to CalvinChelseaMom for not taking the bait on Section7's post that had a couple redeeming points, otherwise was completely asinine in "calling" people (from various schools) out left and right on totally basisless, unsupported and unfounded points.

Now if you could just figure out how to use that Kzoo education to quote correctly... 8)

Anyways, tomorrow should be another great game, too bad it won't be available via video over the internet similar to Albion.  Albion has raised the bar for both Calvin and Hope and they did it without the luxury of a new modern facility.  Come on dutch schools lets get this taken care of, video broadcasts via the web, make it happen.

While I wholeheartedly agree that Hope & Calvin need to get web casting up and running, I doubt the rivalry games will ever be available this way (at least not in the near future).  GVSU has the rights to broadcast these games, and I doubt they (or their advertisers) would appreciate folks watching it on line

Yeah, got so excited with my fingers, hit the delete key and screwed it all up, my apologies.  It was between Typing and Calc III for that 8am time slot.  You can decide which one I took.

By the way, Standout, wonder if you remember Ashabi and Yaz from this board?  If not, I've been here alot longer than you..........................

Spell checking might be a good idea for section7 as well.  And I guess, given his name, we should expect some erratic behavior from section7 -  he's awfully close to a section 8 (just ask Klinger)

Now, in all seriousness, can we have a BBall discussion,  question to ponder today:

What in the world has happened with Ty Tanis this year for the Flying Dutchmen?

Is it quickness, slow release, what????

Could he make a few big 3's tomorrow at the VanNoord to surprise the Knights or will Danny Cox get his minutes instead?

I don't know if there is a group of fans in the history of D3 college basketball that gets picked on by others as much as Hope... ever.

Maybe, but have you ever caught the geriatric jokes about IWU fans? ;)

Sac -

Based on the comments yesterday regarding a KZoo education, I thought I needed to help you out with your math from the stats below.  First of all, the stats are very, very interesting and surprising, however, the total points don't jive with the stats:

Caleb Veldhouse  (44*2) + (22*3) + 34 = 188 points, not 192

Dustin Smith (12*2) + (5*3) + 6 = 45 points, not 42

Jesse Reimink (27*2) + (15*3) + 13 = 112 points, not 113

Unfortunately, I did get up every MWF at 8:00am to attend Calc I, II and III.  It has finally paid off!

Sorry, I've been sick all week so it doesn't surprise me that I made a couple simple errors.  Caleb's was just a typo he has 26 3 point FG's

Dustin and Tyler, I can't find where the error is.      sorry

section7

No problem sac-er, hope your feeling better before the Big One tomorrow!

Easy now FDF:  We all know section 8 is covered in Calc IV, and the guy never claimed he got that far.

Geez, I didn't even know there was a Calc IV.

I created a new board for those who wish to tear each other eyes out, maybe this way we can keep this board clear for some better discussion.

To succeed in Calc IV, one must be well versed in Ancient Egyptian culture; the knowledge of hieroglyphs is essential.
