One note of interest about ODU (heard on the Hope sports reports this morning) - they are a provisional NCAA DII school, and will be a member of the GLIAC.

This is amazing when one considers that the enrollment of GBC is only 190 students!

I don't know if this qualifies as the greatest dunk in DIII history but it's definitely a solid entry out of UWSP v. Elmhurst.

Great, how am I supposed to ever tell what is part of the evil plan and what is part of the master plan?

It's really easy:

Hope builds - as in Hope builds a false sense of confidence in Calvin fans - that's the evil plan

Calvin builds - as in building a new <insert newest Hope facility here>  because Hope has a new one - that's the master plan

If it is still paired with the Dan Tillema dunk, check out "Insane block on a seven footer" - I didn't catch the players or teams, but it may be even more impressive than the dunk!

That reminds me quite a bit of a Josh Meckes dunk a few years back at the Civic Center.

If I remember correctly, that Meckes dunk was capped off by an inexplicable officiating oddity as the basket counted but Josh was also called for a charge.

I don't know where he stand on the efficiency rating, but at the free throw line he stands about six inches behind it.  Might explain his shooting woes.
