A good win for Calvin against a team using a 4 guard offense.  Got a bit more exciting at the end than it needed to be with Veltema fouling a 3 pt shooter.  I expect ONU to be much more our normal defensive type struggle.  Hopefully John Mantel will be back to his normal self as Calvin is going to need him inside.

I was just told that there is some illness amongst Hope's team and multiple kids have missed a practice or 2, any truth to this, and it so, who?  Also heard they brought a kid in from intramurals to play on the perimeter as well.

Norovirus, swine flu, and now "some illness." Doesn't anyone on that campus wash their hands?

Then it could be two intramural teams out there tonight for the 8:00pm event.

Adrian trails by one at the half, 21-20. Both teams are shooting 30% from the floor, so maybe the defenses are playing well.

Adrian appears to be without Michael Staley for this game--a big blow for them.

Adrian added G Eric Voelz to their lineup just before the Christmas break. He's not yet listed on their website roster.   Not sure if he's  a transfer, a JV call-up or what but he started vs Marietta then didn't play vs Millikin.

He went to Riverview High School.

Goodknight, thanks for the updates.  Sounds like a barn-burner.
