On a more relevant note, big thank you and +k to everyone who is posting fresh hoops recruiting info on this board for all MIAA teams.  That type of information coming from informed sources is a big reason I continue to check the board during the off season.  Thanks again!

Here's a piece of breaking recruiting news. Calvin missed out on Kansas-bound McDonald's All-American Perry Ellis and it's all Ryan Terpstra's fault.

Ryan Terpstra is no longer with ESPN 96.1 as of this afternoon.   :-\

it's too bad.  I enjoyed his show the most out of all the local sports radio guys here.  He did a great job with the radio interviews of Hope and Calvin coaches as well this past winter.

Edit: Source- Terp's facebook

If the rumor is true about Terp leaving 961 there has to be a better opportunity for him down the road.  Them bringing back Sean really showed Ryan where he laid in the company.  I blame Sean!  Best of luck of to Terp in his future career path.

What a mess. 96.1 is unlistenable now.
So long as Sean is on it was and will be unlistenable. And 107.3 will continue to be unlistenable so long as that pompous blowhole goes from 3-6.

Matt Neil was selected as the Glenn Robinson Coach of the Year.  Congrats to Coach Neil and all of his staff for a great season.

It's a bit of stinging irony for the Hope coach to win an award named after the coach who is the living personification of the expression "close, but no cigar" when it comes to the D3 tournament.

(It's a great award, though, no matter who it's named after. Congrats to Matt Neil for winning it.)

True, quite the backhanded compliment.  Why bother?

Actually I thought it was funny.  Anything that makes me immediately think of Caddyshack quotes can't be that bad. :)
