The fact that these guys are all (HOPEfully) in the midst of moving into their dorms makes me giddy!!  Not only because of the potential they bring as basketball players, but just the fact that school is about to begin and "the boys are back in town"

I'm sure these names have been thrown out there already (and hopefully I'm not mistaken on any of these), but looks like Hope should have a pretty solid class if all these kids show up this weekend as expected:

Ben Gardner- Carmel, IN
Brock Benson -- Hinsdale South, IL
Alex Eidson -- Grand Haven
Matt Van Dyk - Imlay City
Zach Dreyer -- Zeeland W.
Jordan Denham --Southfield Lathrup
Jon Maas - Holland Chr.
Sam Otto - Wheaton No.

Looks to me as if they are indeed all on campus and ensconced in Durfee.

I was at Camden Yards this summer and the people sitting in front of me were from Carmel IN and knew Gardner and had good things to say about him and his game. I reciprocated by having good things to say about Hope.

Couple of those guys were thinking Calvin until KVS decided to blow them off....wonder how many recruits he'll lose next year because of his "busy schedule"

Albion will be playing at DePauw's Thanksgiving weekend tournament, Nov 24-25.  They'll play Franklin the first game and the winner/loser of the DePauw/Purdue-North Central

If I had the will, I think I could construct Albion's entire non-conference schedule from other school websites. ;)

If you do summon up the ambition, I can give you a head start by pointing out that the Britons will host NPU on Tuesday, December 18. ;)
