Sounds like a good player who is hopefully recovered from whatever injuries he was battling his senior seaon in HS. 

From the article: " Stagg has to fill the void left by senior Jeff Goral who, when in the lineup, made the Chargers a far more competitive team. The 6-foot-4, 205 pound Goral poured in 26 points, including six 3-pointers, during a 66-50 loss to H-F. Goral will continue his basketball career at Hope College."

Hope continues to recruit the I states pretty well

With such a big backcourt recruiting class and a lack of usual frontcourt power, look for Calvin to change its strategy a little. Maybe they move to a running and gunning type of game plan. Don't be terribly surprised if KVS digs into his bag of tricks.

It's an odd schedule. There are 3-4 games against NAIA schools and 1 against D II GVSU.

Not all that relevant to D3 but Snyder's been a fixture on the Spring Arbor bench for a decade.  I bet he's happy he no longer has to make that commute to Spring Arbor from Lansing anymore or the double-digit bus rides to central Indiana and Ohio.
