Just noticed that we have more size in the recruits thus far than last year.

Last year we had a total of 53 recruits identified (47 of them were on a JV or Varsity Roster - that's pretty good).  Of those 53, 8 of them were 6-6 or taller.

This year, we have 22 identified so far, and 9 of them are 6-6 or taller.

We all know size isn't everything, but it certainly is a significant shift "upward" at this point  ;)

Lamar Lee  G/F    Muskegon HS will attend Albion

I don't have a height for Lee but by his videos I'd say 6-3, 6-4.  G/F.     Albion's pretty set at guard next year, so maybe 2 years off from regular minutes but he looks like he could help them a bit next year.

6'2 G Nmeso Nnebedum will transfer to Olivet from Siena Heights.  Looks like 3 years of eligibility left

Why? Lack of playing time, didn't like the school, or what? Do you know? Just curious.

No idea. Says he only played in 8 games and averaged 2.6ppg. That's probably why, better opportunity

Thanks for the reply.  I, too, figured that was probably the reason, although just thought I would ask.

That is really awesome!!

It's called "desperation."

Might be true, but if you are a high school senior going through all that's going on, no graduation, no SAT testing to try to get some kind of merit scholarship, maybe you and/or your parents not working, then from their perspective it's pretty awesome
