Hmmm, Geerlings... What do you think Calvin fans?

Geerlings is not officiating this game, as sac already said.  He posted the correct officials.

Hope has turned up the defensive intensity and Calvin is having some ball-handling problems. 31-21 Calvin 6 minutes left in the half..

Nice steal and layup by Smith, Griffin, and then an offensive foul by Hope. 32-21.

Meckes Alley-oop. 38-23.

sac

offensive rebounds

Calvin 6
Hope 1

6 offensive boards on 10 misses.

DVS and Cramer look like they are playing very slowly. Not sure what it is but this is rather upsetting to watch.

This is the Calvin team that was supposed to win the league... Guess Hope forgot that!

no one's seen that team all year

Halftime score 46-35. Calvin is putting out full effort today, that's for sure. Griffin seems to be taking that spark-plug role that was missing.

One half of basketball I hope Hope does not repeat again ever! I am really worried about meeting a team with real height inside down the road after watching this.

I don't think Alma would agree. I know, it's Alma, but......

Pat Coleman

I want to know who they were talking about as being tight with a buck going into half there. :)

Hope's given up 97 points in its last two halves of basketball

I would have to go WAY back to find the last time Hope did that.

11 points is doable, Calvin came back down to earth a little going 8-23 after their hot start.  The rebounding is just ridiculous  28-11, 10 offensive boards on 18 misses for Calvin.

knights2000

sac, I'm sure Hope gave up more points than that in one of the past few years playing against Tri-State. Difference is, Hope always had more.

Calvin/Hope streaming over the internet, Carolina/Duke coming on ESPN.  Great night of basketball.
