Its been a good night for the MIAA so far. I am very impressed with Tri-State's effort tonight even though they still fell short of a victory. I really expected more from Tri-State this year than their record thus far. Maybe a hard fought game like this will be the start of a nice winning streak for Tri-State.

It sad news it appears right now that Roanoke is not broadcasting tonight's game even though looking at their website it seems they may be broadcasting their game in Orlando tomorrow. Maybe I am just not understanding what is going on there.

Roanoke star big man Josh Laporte (10.4 Pts, 10.4 Rebs) with two fouls in the first 46 seconds.

This is like brain overload, livestats, video feed and radio broadcast.

None of them synced up.    ???

I am glad you said that.  I thought it must be the wine I had with dinner.

Any one having any luck with the audio? I'm getting the video feed from Roanoke, but no sound .... so I'm listening to the Hope broadcast, but the time difference between the two is like a minute or two--- frustrating.....

But none the less, why can't Calvin and Hope provide a video feed like this?

LTK:  Just be patient.  According to the masterplan the new arena will have web capabilities.  Go to www.hope.edu to get streaming audio

Unfortunately I am getting a choppy video feed and can't listen to the game right now so I am going to ask the opinion of those listening. First, it seems like the exam lay off is really affecting our shooting, hopefully, the second half will help that.

I am looking at the live stats and Roanoke has 15 FTs to Hope's 3! And Hope has four starters with at least 2 fouls! Is Hope really trying to bludgeon Roanoke or are these refs awful?

Wow, its been awhile since Hope struggled to shoot like this.

I'm having the same trouble with the choppy video, difficult to discern anything really.

DCN:  Hard to tell, but probably combination of ingredients.  Hope just got a T on the fans behind the bench.

What? Are they even allowed to do that?

Hope sounds like the shooting is coming around.  They sound very aggressive going for the ball.

Patience certainly isn't my virtue. But frankly, I'm not so concerned about the home games because I'll be watching live. I'd love to see the away games broadcast--especially the tournament games. Is it a matter of the facilities? Couldn't they (who ever the 'they' is) at least broadcast the NCAA final four games? (I know, I'm REALLY getting ahead of myself here). Thanks for the info though! If Calvin has the capabilities, you know Hope will follow, and it will be great to see some of the Hope games too.

Bad refs tend to be bad both ways. Probably Hope is a little sluggish.
