Nothing quite like a league full of postponed games to get the weirdness flowing.  I for one find it  entertaining.   ;)  Hats off to all of you for a good chuckle. :D

I wasn't sure if we'd covered every off-topic hot topic in the last 24 hours, but then I remembered transfers, condiments and dead horses, so I think there's room for much more conversation to be had before gametime tonight.  Carry on, warriors!  ;D

I read that last post and I swear it said...

"condiments on dead horses" - like horseradish or what??

...but now I see it says condiments and dead horses.  A little editing, perhaps (more likely it's me, but why should I take the blame).

Bring on the Thursday night basketball!!!!

You've forgotten a Monty Python reference.  I'm taking care of that here:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9V7zbWNznbs

And now it's off to Lenawee County.  Go Bulldogs!

As Stinger kindly reminds us people... There is a time and place...!

So please, can we set up separate boards for:
1. Duke/NC talk
2. Henry Kissinger
3. Stephen Cramer
4. Made up games
5. Rehab
and of course...
6. Karma

Cause quite frankly This is the current season's MEN'S BASKETBALL BOARD, and all that other talk is just plain foolishness!  :P

Don't be a wanker,  my statement was obvious.

Cmon Stinger....you need to lighten up a bit.....are you perhaps being intolerant of those who appreciate basketball even if it is played by women???  Maybe you have some issues that we can work out on the Psychology board?  I will see if we can start one for you then we can post everything in its rightful place.

I have no issues with those who enjoy women's basketball.   I enjoy women's basketball.  I enjoy lot's of women's sports, especially soccer. I have no problem with you making a statement and using a comparison to the Hope's women's team.  I was referring to one comment in the past about a debate about a two MIAA women's players.  You can see SAC's take on it in the women's board.  It is, like usual, a great take.

There's only two things I hate in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.

IMHO, you can't go wrong when you use the word "wanker" in a response; +k stinger (though I know you don't care).

I would be ecstatic if those of you who follow women's basketball would discuss it. But on the board set aside for specifically that purpose, please.

84 posts too late...

One question/statement was proposed, the poster immeditately was slammed and then re-posted the question today on the correct board. The only thing that has persisted is the complaining, the conversations about the complaining, and the late reminders of correct board posting. Maybe we should have moved that all to the women's board too!

I don't think any of that post was necessary, and it hardly solves anything for you to have posted it twice.

I didn't respond originally because a poster had said the same thing. The board always works better when posters police themselves or each other rather than having me come in and say something.

Is tonight's game not being broadcast? I clicked on the normal links and I am hearing someone scream about John McCain and it says the game is tomorrow (Friday) at 8. This is awful!!! >:(

Second, I haven't said anything of substance in like 2 days and someone is still smiting me? Honestly people, we are all too sensitive. (Go ahead, smite me for that if you must).

Edit: Ooo, now we seem to have Hope again. They didn't go until the game until 11-9 score and 14:50ish left in the first half. Annoying.
