I don't know its pretty hard to beat a team 3 times in one year.   :D  :D  :D ;)

Enjoyed seeing Terry Smith get "T'd" up tonight for stomping around like he was Joe Hacklin or something.

That guy whines, on every possession.  If he took all the time he spends whining and put it into coaching, his team might be more successful.

The best whine moment of the night, was when he yelled at Tommy Bray for a whole possession for where he allowed Hope to take the ball in under the basket after it was tipped by an Alma playing.  I mean we were talking about 6-12 inches difference and he yelled, screamed and pointed for the whole possess about it.

Terry, GROW UP MAN!

I fully expect Calvin to beat Albion.  I think Albion will be under considerable pressure to prove those first 2 wins weren't flukes.  Besides we all know nothing motivates a Calvin team like knowing if they win they get to play Hope one more time. ;) ;) 8)

Ugly win for the Dutchmen tonight, but at least it was a win.  Alma pretty much dictated the tempo, which was dull, boring, and uninteresting.  They really slowed the pace, and basically tried to play one on one after the shot clock got under 10 seconds.  It did stop Hope from having any flow to their game.

Kudos to MVH for a great game - 22 point (including 9-10 FT) 11 boards, 4 assists, 0 turnovers

Good to see Carter in the game and playing well.

Bowser put up 5 points in less than 1 mintue of playing time (he had 4 in under a minute against TSU).  That kid needs more playing time, IMHO.

In the final game to be played at the Fieldhouse, Derek Griffin, Calvin's only senior, closed it out in style.  http://www.calvin.edu/sports/releases/2007_08/GriffinColumn22708.htm

There's no 'c' in Haklin.

Your dear old Glen happens to stomp around and whine as well.  But, for some reason MIAA refs seem oblivious, or have perhaps just a tad much reverence.

There are 2 'n's in Glenn    :P

And if you are trying to say the amount of "whining" Glenn does is equal to Haklin or what Terry was doing last night, well... <insert wild lunacy description here>
