Are there rules in place that prevent teams from scouting the other game at the Final Four?  If not, it seems that Hope is at a disadvantage playing second on Friday.  The winner of the first game can start resting up 2 hrs earlier and could watch the second game for scouting purposes.  Of course, Hope and Wash U wouldn't be watching the first game.

There is also the issue of 2+ hrs more rest since they are playing twice in 24 hrs, but I don't suppose that's a huge deal at this point.

Sorry, don't mean to dwell on any negatives....let's bring back some hardware for the MIAA!  I hope everyone made the trip safely.

I think Georgia proved last weekend that at this stage in the season with adrenaline two hours of rest isn't going to be a big deal.
Tribes of primitve hunters, with rhinestone codpieces rampant, should build pyramids of Chevy engines covered in butterscotch syrup to exalt the diastolic, ineffable, scintillated and cacophonous salamander of truth which slimes and distracts from each and every orifice of your holy refrigerator.

Teams in the second game typically watch the first game, in my experience, and members of the coaching staff definitely do.

Didn't seem to bother Hope last week.

Chocolate milk is what the new strength and conditioning animal, I mean coach, Barwis uses at U of M.  No more sports drinks in the weight room unless it came from a cow.

my release was perfect, now you just need to follow through

MWK:  Please find another hobby.  >:   :-[  If you are really a Knight fan, you would also be an MIAA fan, and as hard as it is for us old time Knights, we really do want Hope to have some fun, and win a championship this weekend.  If you read this board regularly you would understand, that while true Knights would fight tooth and nail with Hope in any competition from bball to tiddilywinks once the competition is over we are FRIENDS.  Being a friend means you respect the other party, and you want only what is best for them.
Dang it MWK,  you made me go and give you - karma, and I really hate to do that.. >:(

This is my first ever trip to the Salem, VA Final Four.
Can anyone recommend some good eating spots there?
Can anyone tell me if any meetings for D3hoops/MIAA posters are planned?

Please excuse the questions if these topics have already been covered.  I've been travelling a lot (including to and from Holland) lately, and working too much.

:)  Go Hope!!!   :)

You can probably hit one of the many celebrity parties or sportswriters buffets...wait....what?  oh this is the D3 Final Four?  You mean to say you're going just for the love of your school and the game of basketball?

I guess the continental breakfast at the Red Roof Inn will have to do.
