Another improved outing by CMS with score 6-6 at half-time.

For those who didn't see, Stags kicker Matthew Aven kicked a 62-yard field goal to tie the score at 6 heading into the half, tying the D3 record for longest field goal. Here's a link to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UV8c638JPUA.

Nice to have a highlight...

I saw that in the stat line, I have to say that this should be considered as a top play this week, thanks the link.

I chastise LINFIELD and Occidental for charging movie theater prices to watch a Division III sporting event.

Depends what you get for your $12.95.

More from the "silly season."  After 5 games, Willamette and Linfield are even in points scored with 248 points each, or 49.6 Points per game.  The Bearcats lead in total offense with 2591 yards/518.2 yards per game.   The Wildcats have 2547 yards/509.4 yards per game.   Willamette is ahead of Linfield in price per point, 0 cents per point as video streaming for Willamette home games is free, while Linfield charges to watch.   ;)

The difference between the two is that one team has played no one with a winning record and the other only one.  ;D

Well, Hardin-Simmons has gone 3-1 since getting rolled by Linfield and Willamette and Linfield can't help it that CLU stunk up the joint vs Redlands.

Applaud, river. But...when Willamette plays on a Friday night, do you want to pay to watch LINFIELD on Saturday?

I still can't find any updates on Tommy Edwards' recovery progress. It's highly likely he would've moved up to 1st team All-SCIAC, if he'd been able to stay healthy, imho.

Jeepers, Linfield was up 70 to 0 at halftime over L & C! Is Linfield that good or L & C that woeful? Last year Wildcats were ahead "only" 42-0 at the half.
