Go Cats!

Took a couple days to cool off and keep this post nice.

I really have nothing to say about my Puppies. I can tell you the George Fox folks are the nicest group of fans I have ever met. Some of us old timers were chatting with the GF old timers after the game. They said they actually felt bad for our puppies!!!

GF is a class act all the way around. Congrats to the GF program, and in regards to you puppies pretending to play football, you better do some deep sole searching because you wont be able to cuddle with the Cats.

Still upset about my Puppies...I have put them on football probation

1) Energy ..F
2) Mental Toughness...F....did not find a way...
3) Clock Management...FFFFFF....second to last series, we could have burned up 2:40, nope we burned up 1:15...
4) Pass Coverage...dropped class, no grade possible....will take an INC...lol
5) Concentration...F, dropped three picks and I think four passes
6) Pass Rush...D....need to separate sooner...on good thing contain scrambling
7) Run defense, B....
8) Rushing,....F, could not get the big first down...False starts don't help either
9) Pass Blocking, D, #55 going to be made division MVP if you don't double, we are young and slow at tackles ...We gave up three legit sacks to DEs....
10) Special Teams, F, way to many short fields...why punt based on our coverage ability...all puppies want to get inside the hashes, horrible coverage, tackling not in our vocab....learn to break down...If the guy is faster than you, maybe take an angle...

This was the worse performance by UR I have seen in 10 plus years...

So you are saying there is some room for improvement?

May Redlands reach deep, follow coaches instructions, and ignore all that rain.

Well I gave the kid leftover pancakes (we actually at them for dinner on Thursday) which I think should suffice this week....I went on a 30 something mile bike ride and just had cereal and coffee.....I think that will be enough today.

I'm upset that the Whittier game with Austin College has a $10 charge.  Especially since it is the 3rd quarter.

For the  few DIII fans the schools are making it difficult to be fans by the inconsistency of charging or not charging for (Stretch) games.
A really savvy LINFIELD fan would not pay for any game the rest of the season after seeing the defending SCIAC champ dismantled. Just listen and wait for the free playoff games - or WC11s "highlight reels". There are plenty of other free games to watch while you listen.
A family member of a player is going to pay regardless. Maybe that's who schools like LINFIELD are after with the Stretch GOUGE.
IMHO

I waited until 10 p.m. EDT to watch the UD - Pacific game, only to find out it was going to cost me $12.99.  As much as I would have enjoyed seeing the game, that seemed a bit much.
Reality is for those who lack imagination 😀
