Very sad. Dahlby was a genuinely nice man and I very much enjoyed meeting him. RIP kind sir.

So sorry to hear this. He represented Chapman well on these boards, and I'm not surprised he had big fingerprints on their athletics program.

Stayed up for the Chapman/ Pomona game (Texas) and since Chapman is near my old California home, wow 6 interceptions? maybe keep the ball on the ground if connections in the air are being given to the other side, Chapman has confident backs. Don't understand the constant calls for air game.

Redlands crushed a pretty bad Oxy team. It's sad to see what has become of the Occidental football program, but the administration needs to wear this one for how they treated DW. Oh, how I miss OxyBob and his takes, because I'm sure he would have a legendary takedown of the current ineptness that is Oxy football.

"Speaking of legendary ineptness, aside from the football team I am even more unimpressed with Oxy administration's inability to catch and punish the vandals who desecrated Oxy's 9/11 memorial. As for the football team, Oxy is dead last in D3 (#244 of 244) in scoring defense (52.3 pts allowed per game). The days of Andy Collins and the greatness of Oxy football are way way long gone."
