Tough days for Tiger Football.

Nothing on the Minnesota State , Moohead site as of yet.  Really sorry to lose Tyler  but if his dad takes over, i can live with that.  Erik Johnson appears to be solid as D coordinator.

Burger Continental is an excellent choice.

Roscoe's chicken n waffles . . . good food, but lack of beer renders it unimportant when it comes to football gathering analysis (imho) . . . .

An Oxy coach going to Whittier?  A very sad situation.  Obviously he was given either a very bad choice or he has a "blind spot" in his decision making process.

Spoken as an Oxy grad and former member of the Whitter faculty . . . with all good humor . . .  :D

tooth.

Yeah wasn't too happy to hear that.  Coaches going from school to school in the same conference is always questionable.  I guess we'll all hope that Coach Fletcher develops amnesia.

Here's a fun-fact for everyone...

The interm Head Coach for Minnesota State, Moorehead, Damon Tomeo, was the Defensive Line Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Cal Lu last season.  Possibly how this change for Fenwick came about.

Just some food for thought

Fenwick was on that American Football Monthly list of hot coaches last year, wasn't he?

I am sorry to hear about the coaching staff at oxy is making some changes right now, but I know that the coaches that are leaving will do well no matter where they are headed ... even if it is ****tier, just kidding, I mean Whittier!  I have personally been coached under each one of the coaches that is leaving and I am sad to see them go.  I wish each coach (Fenwick, McFarland, and Fletcher) all the best of luck in the future.
It is funny thing to talk about.  Over the past four years I have seen coaches come and go like the flu (sorry for the bad simile) ... it amazes me sometimes that it is hard for a coach to find a place to call home.  I mean I know that all coaches are looking for a better position that makes more money and gives more prestige, but sometimes it not good for the players.  Any other takers on this topic?
O.C. RAH!

Cool.

Only 10 of the hot coaches come from each level, though, not 80. There's 80 total.

Congrats to Redlands, Im sure Dawgs will be absolutely overjoyed that the QB is going to Redlands after all.  Now all you have to hope for is that he doesnt flop after all of the hype you have created!!!  ;D Hey Dawgs, maybe you can help me with this, what division is Crespi in now?  I know they have won a bunch of CIF championships but something had to change, because when I played them they hardly won a game.........
4 is the smallest composite number, its proper divisors being 1 and 2. 4 is the smallest squared prime. 4 is the only number in the English language for which the number of letters in its name is equal to the number itself. 4 is also the number of titles in a row the tigers will have in '07!! Go Oxy

According to their website, Crespi is in the CIF Southern Section Division X.

And just to avoid more work, I googled "wabby redlands" and found this discussion:

Have no idea of the legitimacy of the discussions, but it is some interesting reading.

Seems a little boosterish to me.

Agreed, I wondered if it was one of our Redlands friends under a different poster name . . . figured it was nonetheless worth sharing.
