Quote from bluenote on the NW board to a Whitworth poster....."Redlands isn't much. Don't be all scared."

Think someone is ...overconfident?

Redlands hasn't ever proven much against the top teams in that conference.

Did someone forget about UPS and La Verne?
Apparently.  Perhaps the contributor didn't think Puget Sound and La Verne are worth the grass they'll crush during the game.

Here's the link, the games to watch is at the bottom of the page.

Go TIGERS!!!

Tough days for Tiger Football.

The Loggers will be a very difficult opponent for the Leos.  I wish them the best, but I don't think they can beat UPS.

Oxy will roll in an easy win against the Pioneers.

I think Redlands has more than just a shot against Whitworth.  I hope the Bulldogs take it to the them.

I wish the SCIAC schools the best against the NWC.

As for the Chapman game, FTP, I hope you enjoy that one.  I'll be there for that game.  Owens should have those guys ready for Menlo.  The Oaks haven't seemed as impressive as they were in previous years with Nate Jackson and company.  Boy, could that guy play.

Article about Oxy and its game today against "Lewis and Clark State" [sic] in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune:

You missed the associated article giving props to Appalachian State to help coaches keep teams focused this week.

Fierce When Roused

oxysuperior21

where can I listen to the oxy L&C game through a live feed?

RFB

Redlands 14     Halftime
Rats         10

Redlands with three turnovers, need to have better ball security. Outside of the one big play for a touchdown, Redlands defense has been stellar.

You can try that link for the oxy game, I'm still waiting for it to load.

Sound like Others are looking pretty good against the defending NWC champs.

Note: Oxybroadcast.com isn't doing this game.  I looked at the L&C site and they don't have an audio link, so until someone at the game updates we're SOL.

There we go CMS.
A win is a win is a win.
21-18. Not quite last year's a$$ kicking. However, a winning start to the season.
