Thoughts on tomorrow....If SJU's offense isn't sharp then the Dawg's defense is going to cause some big ol problems for the Johnnies.  I would be surprised if it was a wash one way or the other so I like a tight low scoring game.

The only reason I'm giving SJU the nod is because they don't lose at home in the playoffs very often but it wouldn't shock me to see Redlands pull it off.

Duff,

I would love to be on the NWC board talking a NWC playoff match up but the National Committee told us to take our ball and go home.  :(

What a cool site these folks have for Johnnie football

Nice job RedlandsFan! You're from Santa Cruz right? Mike Goldstein is one of my best friends. Have fun out in Minnesota.

Hey 11: Don't hate on Patrick.  Hate on me or Prophet (your old mancrush whom I've seen at a game this season), but leave the latest guest contributor to JohnnieFootball.com alone.  Oh just for the record you've been -K'ed from Touchdown T.

Duffman: They've got lots and lots of time on their hands in the NWC...

RE: Erin Andrews

TDT was approximately 10 feet from Ms. Andrews at Yankee Stadium this summer for the Twins vs. Roger Clemens game where he got his 350th win.  And I must say she is as incredible in person as she appears at home in HDTV.

TDT...10 feet?

Doesn't that violate some sore of restraining order that Ms. Andrews has against you?  I did hear you were sending her love messages that included a "Cribs" style tour of your cot set up at the Naples YMCA.

Has Gags son started moving his gear into his dad's office for the when Jr. takes over?

There's been a lot of talk the last couple days about burgers, so just for the record:

I've never had White Castle, and had never heard of it until that crappy movie with Doogie Howser came out, so I'm pretty sure it sucks.

Sonic Burger is God awful.

In-N-Out is a world wide name and for only being located in the SW I think that's a pretty good accomplishment.

Minnesota is effing cold.  I'm glad you Eskimo's and Canucks up there can enjoy it but I'll take the sunny South any day of the week.

As a matter of fact, I'm thinking about going to the beach this weekend...

Go TIGERS!!!

Tough days for Tiger Football.

Having had the luxory of eating both White Castle sliders and In&Out Cheeseburgers, White Castle is not in the same zip code as In&Out.  First, In&Out are fresh never frozen whereas WC are not.  B, In&Out actually puts fresh ingidients on the burger and not frozen cheese or vegatables like WC.  Lastly, In&Out will stack as many patties and cheese on to one bun as you wish.  Ever heard of a 4x4?
As far as the game, going into 2002 we had not won on the road, a plane flight, and St Johns was a lot better than this years group, I think.  Blake Elliot was unbelievable!  The Bulldogs will get Maynard his first playoff win Bulldogs 28- Johnnies 10, yes that is a 1 and a 0 to make 10.  Ground and Pound your way to victory Bulldogs.  Pat I am thoroughly jealous that you were able to make the trip.  Damn career path I chose!
Any video feeds of the game being brodcast?

I take it you have only had Sliders from the frozen food section of a Super. Sliders from a real White Castle are a different animal - everything fresh, made to order if desired, and only cooked after you order just like In and Out. Both are as good as it gets for fast food - no comparison to a Stiftungfest burger cooked by Judge Johnny Red - case closed. Get one tomorrow at the Stiftungfestivity and it will make the Monkey Stomp more palatable.  :P

Oooohh ... as a resident of NorCal (which does beat the south - except maybe for Pasadena ;D), you obviously have no clue as to Minnesota.

Yeah. Couldn't agree more...
Pasadena's great and the beach cities are pretty nice too.

Speaking of NorCal, things aren't going to well for my 49ers, Warriors, or Giants at the moment!

As far as burgers go....
I'm partial to In N Out burger. I used to love Nation's Giant burgers back in high school, but they always put too much mayo on it...

Safe travels to all of the Bulldogs.
Hail to the Orange, Hail to the Green,

I remember that White Castle was featured in Saturday Night Fever. John Travolta's character Tony, his buddies Joey, Double-J, and Bobby, and his dancer girlfriend Stephanie ate there. Speaking of movies, you know what else John Travolta and White Castle have in common? Grease.

OxyBob
Oh yeah.

Saturday Night Fever-  That movie is older than me ;D

Is it just me or does everyone in here have severe ADD?  We have gone from football to Erin Andrews (which is fine by me) to In N' Out to White Castle to some other stuff and now to movies.  Good lord workingon a friday sucks.

I ate a White Castle once and lived to tell about it.  I'm glad I didn't order enough for a complete meal. :D
