OB, Even your research ability won't find a statement by me saying Maynard isn't a good guy.  Like Jack says, my son let UR, and I still say Maynard is a good man.  I can't comment on the ducking, film or other issues.  I can say without a doubt that he will go out of his way to help ANY player, current or ex.  I repsect him for that.

The SCIAC just needs to sign a contract to play the NWC in the non-conference games. This way we can end this argument. If UoR wanted to play the best, then they would play Linfield and others on a regular basis.

It is one thing to be loyal to your team for so-called "cheap shots." As someone who takes a decent share of them from the oh-so-cocky UoR folks, this discussion is not a cheap shot. It is merely a discussion of the situation. Let's be honest here - UoR refuses to trade tape (in this one case). Regardless of if the other team asked around for other Redlands tape or not, that, in and of itself is an extremely classless move lacking respect for the opponent. If people really love their team and their school, then they will have the ability to look themselves and their team in the face and acknowledge when mistakes are made. Perhaps... just perhaps... people would have a little more respect for UoR fans if they removed their lips from Maynard's ass and acknowledged this for what it is - a pretty classless move.

Now, since that was LAST WEEK. Let's get beyond it.
We have CMS 7 UPS 7 at the half. Decent game thus far, but CMS needs to get the running game going.

Not sure. If I could watch, I could tell you more. The running game had no traction in the first half and the passing game was working well. Might have been worried about getting stuffed in the run, ala first half.
