Mosier isn't listed on CLU's roster.  K4 what's up... you wouldn't be withholding info would you?  I think OxyBob can revoke your SCIAC posting licence for that!

Ventura County Star:

QuoteDaniel Mosier's unconventional college football journey hit another roadblock.

The Cal Lutheran junior running back has left the program for "personal reasons," according to head coach Ben McEnroe. Mosier did not play last Saturday in CLU's road victory over Redlands.

"It is heartbreaking for him and we wish him the best," McEnroe said. "Just to see a kid have to go through the ups and the downs like he has is really hard. Hopefully, he can make it work and get back and get his degree finished."
...

In Mosier's absence, CLU (2-1, 1-0 SCIAC) will look to Deme'Trek Chambers, Matt Hamlet, Bobby Rodrigues, Derek Martinez and Darryl Carter in the backfield.

Sorry to hear that... dude could definitely run, I think the Linfield guys will attest to that.

ahhhhh...the old "personal reasons" line.  Too bad...hell of a runner.  CLU's roster goes through more changes than Joan Rivers' face.

OK then, I will look for another chew toy.

I saw the HS article as well.  Not quite sure what the take is.

I think the article's great, because it gives guys like Ypsi and Monrovia a chance to regale us with their inspiring Rudy stories.

Oh c'mon Bob--you'd be sharing too if you could rember back that far....
Go Cats!

Because I knew nothing about the topic, and do not know the guy - I had no place to comment on it.

From the back story that I have heard prior to him coming to CLU is that he has had his fair share of ups and downs and this year was looking to be a big up in that cycle - as he had been through a lot to get back on the field. Its a big blow to the LU as he was fun to watch and could have done some amazing things this year.

With that said, very happy with the way Chambers stepped up last week at Redlands ... 3 touchdowns in his debut as "the guy" is not too shabby, especially against a team like Redlands who has always shut down our running game. Along with 2 of the best fullbacks in the conference and some other key tailback support we are still looking deep at the position, something we have not had in a long time.

Well played - I was actually thinking Joan Rivers could have rushed for 200 on your D that Day ...:D

Frito Lay just announced that Joan Rivers is going to be the new spokesman for Tostitos, which has been re-packaged to actually resemble Joan Rivers: A loud, crinkly bag which is offensive and annoying.

I was just curious how CLU got their butt kicked at PLU? Could someone clue me in? I really respect both teams and would like to know what the scoop was...maybe dTrain?

Wish I knew ... the audio feed didn't tell much other than turnovers and a standout performances from the PLU RB, and their top receiver Ford.

Some secondary changes were made for the Redlands game ... I think this is the most physical CLU team in a while ... Highlights from the Redlands game

If the Catdome nation need to check their memory all they have to do is walk through the complex and look at the national championship trophies, or don their sunglasses at gametime to overcome the glare from all of the national championship rings in attendance at Catdome games.  We realize that many of you still look at U tube and hope.  But hope is overrated !!

That certainly balances out the slant of Wildcat11's fine work. Many of our blemishes are right there for posterity. After practice and game film, many a WILDCAT player can now watch in the library while they're studying what shall never happen again.

The greatest part of that clip  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8FKZBfrsnU&feature=related
is that's me in the beginning on the left of the emerging team door noting all the profanity desertcat1 and I just heard before the door opened.
